I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

Currently when using the Authentication Scheme of 'None', the 'Sign in with a domain' is available which allows for pass-through authentication to be used, resulting in errors for some setups.

Reproduction

Configure AD environment to use Authentication Scheme 'None' and click the 'Sign in with a domain' button
