in the installation packages, the language directories are empty. Other installation packages may also be affected. I haven't tested this. So far: plg_cck_field_author_1.1.0.zip plg_cck_field_captcha_visualcaptcha_1.2.0.zip not_language_file

You can ReInstall language file from https://www.seblod.com/resources/translations
