Counter for fields used in forms

Hi, I have a lot of fields that are not used in forms. I need to delete them, but I don't know if I'm using these fields for sure. But it is impossible to analyze every form. How would I get a list of these fields?

The list of forms and lists indicates how many fields are on each tab of the form. Please, add a counter to the list of fields indicating how many forms use this field.
