Imange Field doesn't render using T3-BS3-Blank Template

On a frontend form I use a field of type (JForm-)Media (like the one used in Joomla Article). In combination with T3_bs3_blank template the field renders wrong/unuseable in the editing form for the frontend (especially no select button visable and no horizontal layout of eye|input|button|X). The form itself useses template One-seb-one. Same rending results for field inside a tab of mainarea or some other One-seb-one position.

Joomla article (non Seblod) frontend editing with selection of images renders well with T3_bs3_blank template.

Can you please test with a default template of Joomla?
