Add macros for dragging items onto hotbar

This is for when you actually have items in here. Boilerplate has the code in its boilerplate.js, so that shouldn't be too horrific to do.

The code that was in this system from Boilerplate is being cleansed for now as it's not being used, and that's an easy way for clutter to acquire.
