Pistols.db and Rifles.db largely have availability: undefined

This isn't as much of a problem as their attackSkill being undefined, but it IS harder to solve, as while rifles, pistols both had their attackSkills as Rifle and Handgun respectively, weapons can have a wildly differing array of availabilities.

For this to be solved, I'm gonna need the cyberpunk2020 datasheets on the pistols and rifles, which I personally don't have beyond the core rulebook. In .json format or something would be vastly preferable to just sources, to avoid transcription.
