Web Panel MCDU

This is a first version of WebPanel MCDU (strongly) inspired by WebPanel1 Web MCDU in A320-family airplane in flightgear and code of WebPanel1 Web MCDU. WebPanel MCDU is simple, and small. but sadly I didn't implement gui to get web page address in flightgear
