Change the deck a card is in after it has been created

If a change in obsidian would place a card in a different deck than it is currently in Anki, is there any way to sync that change?

I.e. the folder foo/bar in obsidian puts a card in the deck foo::bar in Anki. The card is changed to the folder foo/baz, which maps to foo::baz ; currently, the card remains in foo::bar
