Settings menu dropdown buttons appear in the wrong location

The settings menu for the plugin has the dropdown buttons appearing in the middle of the Syntax settings instead of where they're supposed to be.

Here is a screen recording of it.

Not shown in the video but resizing the width of the window causes the buttons to move up and down.
