Add a switch to generate cloze with the same index? E.g. {a}{b} in ob→{{c1:a}}{{c1:b}} in anki

It seems awful that there has to be a number before the cloze deletion in ob when I'd like to generate a "multi-deletion cloze". Would such a switch be possible to be supported?

I really love obsidian to anki, but this is the only thing really bothering me as well. Would be an amazing addition imo
