Obsidian to anki hangs when syncing cards with latex or images

Just seems to hang with either. Usually, I get the "sucessfully connected ... please wait" message for a second before it's done, but with either of these I'll wait 5 minutes with nothing happening (and obsidian will be non-responsive).

Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help debug this one! Really loving this plugin so far, would love to contribute.

Same problem here, just waited for a whole day and the app still freezes. Deleted all cards containing latex and code blocks after reopening it, but the problem persists.

Bumping because I'm having this issue too. Windows 10 pc using obsidian to anki on 2 devices and using git to sync
