dev-java/eclipse-ecj-4.20::os-xtoo missing source file

There is a problem with downloading the source tar.gz from github. The file https://github.com/eclipse/eclipse.jdt.core/archive/R4_20.tar.gz does not exist.

Oh wow, it seems eclipse removed several repository mirrors, all the eclipse IDE related repos no longer exist under eclipse github account. I have to see if they moved them else where or what they did with them. This will affect many eclipse packages.

Looks like I will have to start migrating to eclipse repos, as they do not seem to be mirroring them else where on Github anymore, unsure why. Or if they moved them to another, gitlab, etc. Google and duckduckgo still index the repos on Github that no longer exist. Hopefully, that does not mess up hashes/digest, github is pretty stable, I hope pulling the same stuff from eclipse repos does not cause the hash/digest to constantly be off. Fun times ahead!

Sorry it has been forever on this, I had hoped to have had it done by now or over the holidays, but life happened. I will try to get this taken care of in the next week. I have switch a bunch of eclipse packages repo and src uris over from github to eclipse, and any changes in package name/paths that arises. It should be straight forward, but will require a few hours of work.
