changing contributions to rewards

Changing the docs in line with the google doc which has been reviewed by Luke and Toma https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sfFZoQOl4MU6C4REGM7WvI3GprpcY03BCCchsiEEPlU/edit?tab=t.0

Also changing the v1.2 versioned docs since we need this change to go live on the 21st and I don't think there is a release scheduled.

I am keeping this page url named "contributions" so I tried to make redirects work - we briefly moved "contributions" into a different section so that it would not be hidden. Also I want a redirect in case anyone ever visits "rewards", so we can use that url where we want to.
