Sync obol-packages and npm version

Describe the bug

https://obolnetwork.github.io/obol-packages/ seems to be a version behind what’s in NPM (1.0.7 instead of 1..0.8).Its latest version should be managed with a proper CI/CD.

Expected behavior

It should be in sync with Npm version
