CANT DISABLE MOTION POINTER, BUTTON TURNS ITSELF BACK ON!!!

In Wii controller configuration, under Motion input -> Point. Toggle can be turned off, but sets itself on when going back.

hello is there's anyway to resize and to move the buttons in the Dolphin settings or in the game cube settings? cuz i didn't find any way to fix this option? and the location of the button's is annoying cuz it's in the medal of the screen ,, thank you all
