Missing LogicOps Support (Kirby's Air Ride incorrect rendering)

Describe the issue Metal has no official support for LogicOps, causing many games to break in different ways. The most prominent of these would be Kirby's Air Ride, where the stage is completely black.

Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to get Apple to add this missing feature to Metal in a future iOS update.

MoltenVK is tracking this issue at KhronosGroup/MoltenVK#374.

How to reproduce Run the game.

Expected result The game renders properly.
