Translate Developer Guide to Brazilian Portuguese

Provide the DevGuide translation to Brazilian Portuguese.

thanks for all the excellent work @extern-c the spellchecker only supports English, German and Spanish - so I need to support Portuguese in the spellchecker (favorite) or disable spellchecking for this translation (least favorite) in the meantime please ignore the spellchecker stage of the pull-request checks

@jgadsden, are you planning to release the pt-br translation only when all chapters are translated or would it be possible to make individual chapters available as their translation is completed?

which would you prefer @extern-c ? I can release it any time, and any content not translated will appear in English? or We can release selected chapters, and have 'To Be Defined' (or even 'To Be Translated') for any of the untranslated chapters?

07 - Implementation 13 - Security Gap Analysis 11 - Operations

However, for now, I'll focus solely on chapter 06 - Design

Hi @jgadsden and @G4L1T0. I started to break https://github.com/OWASP/www-project-developer-guide/issues/267 into subtasks/sub-issues to make the completion of this task more manageable. Please let me know if this works for you.

Hello @extern-c , there was some work on the pipeline / workflows yesterday which provided proper linting and checking of the pt and es release directories I have had to disable the pt spellchecker for now - it complained about all the English still in that directory :)

I am happy to 'empty-out' all the pages that you and @G4L1T0 are not working on, with a statement on each page similar to the es-la translation:

Hello @extern-c , I think we should go ahead and merge these changes in we can then add more translations as other pull-requests

Sounds good. This branch now has the pt-br translation for sections 01, 05 and TOC files only. I should be able to mark it as ready later today.
