Upgrade to k8s 1.33

This is not urgent.

As k8s just has new release 1.33 Octarine we should consider to upgrade. Prerequisite: need to wait major cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP) to have this k8s version ready.

Previous issue: where we upgrade to 1.32.

I can see, AWS EKS has k8s 1.33 ready. I'll try to test deploying 1.33 using the test code.
