PDF report has sliders around diagram
I have a diagram that spans the entire input window on the application. When the report is presented as HTML inside the application there is no problem. When I create a PDF, however, the diagram is cut and surrounded by sliders (not operative of course), as shown below :
See https://github.com/OWASP/threat-dragon-core/issues/61
I found that if I print and then save as PDF that did a better job. I was using Power PDF when I did print to PDF but I would expect the same from the default print to PDF option in Windows.
Thanks @elouet for this bug report, is this running on a Windows desktop version of Threat Dragon?
Thanks @adampurkiss for helping here - is this something you could look into and see if there are any functional changes needed to Threat Dragon? I myself am at a disadvantage here as I run Linux and MacOS ... I have an ancient Windows 10 machine but it is very cranky, so if you can investigate that would be great
I have tried both Windows and Linux versions of the app, same behaviour. Also printing to PDF doesn't help unless I switch to landscape. Anyway PDF output is probably never going to be satisfactory because it leads to diagrams being split across pages, and we have very little control over the layout. It would be nice to be able to export to some other intermediate format (maybe just HTML) so that the output of the tool can be edited for better layout.
Hello @elouet - good idea to export to different formats:

I have raised a separate issue for this OWASP/threat-dragon#125
Hi all, I have the same issue. Using Mac version of the application.
Closing this because it is fixed in version 2.0
