Reinstate rule IDs

Describe what problem your feature request solves: Version 1.x of Threat dragon had rule IDs that were part of the threat object, for example:

          ruleId: '896abdef-0e7e-46ec-aeaa-b8e70c233d57',
          title: 'Generic threat to Linkability',
          type: 'Linkability',
          modelType: 'LINDDUN',

These rule IDs are not provided by Threat dragon 2.x

Describe the solution you'd like:

• provide unique rule IDs when generating threats
• ensure the model schema is updated
