Why to include Bencher: Bencher is an open source continuous benchmarking tool that can be used to track the performance of Node.js projects. It has built in adapters for multiple Javascript/Node benchmarking harnesses. This is a follow on PR after not meeting the GitHub star requirements last year (https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome-nodejs/pull/1223).
