Regression of ISO 5.10 issue

Reported by Aram: ISO 27001 Acceptable use element currently has a code 5.1 while it should be 5.10. We had this before and it is caused by the code interpreting 5.10 as a number, making it 5.1. Results: we have two 5.1 in iso.
