Browse topics feature is too hidden

What is the issue?

The show high level topics link is hidden in the text of the front page, whereas it should be a prominent feature - perhaps left of the search text with a button that says Browse topics, or perhaps just 'Topics' https://www.opencre.org/search/%3E%3E
