Korean translation of ASVS v5.0.0

Hello OWASP Team, Congratulations on publishing ASVS v5.0.0!

I’m starting the Korean translation of ASVS v5.

Following the convention, I plan to Copy the /5.0/en folder to /5.0/ko

To ensure consistency in tone and terminology (e.g., formal vs informal language), I will be following the translation guidelines provided by the OWASP Seoul Chapter.

To avoid duplicated work and to encourage collaboration, I will share translation progress here in this issue.

Anyone interested in contributing is more than welcome to join!
