[Translation] Simplified Chinese translation for ASVS 5.0

Hi team, I’m starting the Simplified Chinese translation for ASVS 5.0.

I plan to follow the official structure and create a new zh-CN/ folder under 5.0/.

To avoid duplication and promote collaboration, I’ll publish progress here and welcome anyone interested in contributing.

I will submit a PR when the first version is complete.

Thanks @d2ogg although note that in 4.0 the zh-cn was all lowercase wherever it was used.

(FWIW "zh-CN", is aligned with the recommendations wrt case of language codes.)
