v4.0.3 translation to french

The french translation was started? I'm ready for help to do this translation if help needed.

As far as I know, French translation update from v4.0.1 to v4.0.3 is not started.

French translation is already in markdown (based on v4.0.1) - so there can be 2 different ways:

• take v4.0.3 English version as the base (to get correct and updated markdown structure) and then move and update translation
• take v4.0.1 French version the base and then update only changed parts and markdown structure
  • I can help with markdown structure validation/update

I think the most simple is to start from 4.0.3 english version

The last translation was base on 4.0.2 (4.0.2 from mid-June 2020, allow list). It took a large amount of my time but I'm not a translator. I've also required 3 co-worder to verify my work before opening the PR which @SPoint42 did improve also.

Starting from scratch is simple but might be a bit longer, poke me if you want some help along the way @inaz0.

Thanks so much for your work on this so far!

I noticed that the current translation appears to be a bit mixed with one part referring to v4.0.1 but also containing a brand new requirement which was not even in v4.0.3. I would suggest that at this point someone takes the existing translation and compares it to v4.0.3 to make sure that it matches exactly. I have moved the translation to in-progress status for now to avoid any confusion and please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again!

hi @clallier94 can you build on the work @inaz0 has done so far which you can see in #1290?

hi @inaz0, is there any way you can avoid changing the asvs.py file as it took quite a lot of work to get it to work for the various languages.

If you absolutely have to change it, please can you confirm that you have verified that it works correctly and creates all output columns for all the other language formats as well.
