1. Community Bonding (May 1 - May 26)

   • Engage with the community and mentors.
   • Finalize designs, deadlines, and tools for the project.

2. Milestone 1 (May 27 - June 26)

   • Set up the Flutter project and design the app's UI.
   • Implement the organization's leaderboard UI and visual representation for issues.

3. Milestone 2 (June 27 - July 12)

   • Design and implement the bug subscribing feature.
   • Set up the payment gateway for subscriptions.

4. Milestone 3 (July 13 - August 12)

   • Develop and integrate AI features for sentiment analysis and auto-labeling.
   • Refine chatbot interactions for assistance.

5. Milestone 4 (August 13 - August 24)

   • Test all implemented features for performance and correctness.
