Insert Filename

Decrease the number of steps by having the file name option when selecting the file listing. And have a browse button if you wish to change filename and location.

This saves a click for your use-case, while adding a click for other use-cases. Not sure which one is more common.

I see what you mean. Never really considered it that way. Personally I just change the name and not the path of the checksum file. The white box in the illustration above is meant to be an editable text box where you can rename your file from there.

So the interface is a bit like archive programs like 7-zip/winrar. Normally one would just change the name and not use the browse button and then press OK in the archive programs. I would consider that method is more common, but like yourself can't say for sure. ^_^

I like this functionality, but one possible route to resolve TimidScript's issue might be to add a checkbox to this window that says "always use this method" and then put something in the options window to change it back.
