Hashing without metadata

Is it possible to hash a file without hashing the metadata using RapidCRC? I frequently add tags etc. to files

If the metadata is part of the file contents (id3 tag for example) then this is not possible. RCRC would need to know the file format, what is metadata etc. If the metadata is stored as part of the file system, then it is already ignored.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if the metadata you get up when you right click -> properties a file in windows. Here there is metadata containers where you can put a rating and tags, which is the most frequent metadata I edit. Changing them changes the checksum

@ontamomo here are the hashes in the tags... https://foobar.hyv.fi/?view=foo_audiomd5 And there's no need to turn the program into a combine that ends up going nowhere.
