Paralyze has was bigger effect then it should on the latest version. - Near game breaking casusing alot deaths/complaints

Monster that paralyze you lower your speed to 5 and freeze you in place. Tested on an older version of the client doesnt happen, tested on the new client and happens. Did both tests side by side.
