Missing Availability Factor Data
To my knowledge this exists right now as read from the 'availability_factors.csv'. Note that BIO has an availability factor of 0.5 which is incredibly low but I assume has been implemented to constrain the use of BIO in absence of resource limits as discussed in #107. Keeping this issue open for the time being as a reminder to adjust the availability factor once resource limits are implemented.
Also want to link this to #68 as I think the 'availability_factors.csv' is a good example of a 'hidden' user config file. A discussion is necessary to discuss how we want to approach this going forward. E.g. a single user config file or should we work on improving the documentation so it becomes clear for users which files can be adjusted affecting which parameters.
