[FEATURE] Create new visualization config file/add visualization inputs to existing config file

Idea

It would be helpful to allow for user inputs in the visualization script by means of a config file (either the existing one or a dedicated separate one). Possible useful inputs;

• To set titles/axis descriptions or not. Often necessary for presentations etc. but not for journal papers.
• For size/style of figure text (requirements can be different per journal).
• To determine what data/descriptive text needs to be plotted per graph. E.g. for the transmission maps, if the map gets bigger due to inclusion of geographically distant regions, added text such as names of nodes and flow/capacity values are not very visible anymore and should be excluded.
