VideoTrackerCalibrationUtility doesnt detect the HDK

The numbers dont appear on the white lights. It just stays on keeping the hdk infront of the camera and close.

Same here, could it be a sync cable malfunction? Unplugging and re plugging the camera's sync cable does nothing.

Do not run osvr server before running videotrackingcalibration utility.

The OSVR Server is not running before/while running the utility. I can see the leds, but they are flashing about 2 times per second on the video feed, and all at the same time.

This low-frequency flash means that the IR board is not receiving sync signals from the camera.

Could be:

• Cable not securely connected to camera
• "Y" sync cable not used
• Some faulty part

After some plugging/unplugging, I've found that the cables must have been mishandled by the previous owner and fail when moving the HMD in certain ways (confirmable via console "Device not connected" and windows "new hardware" sounds).

The faulty/loose cables are the IR sync cable and one on top of the HMD.

I will attempt a refund.
