IR Camera not working after Windows 10 update

My IR Camera isnt working anymore after Windows 10 Update. Everything is plugged in right and the camera status led and its ir led are on but when i start the videotrackercalibrationutility.exe its not detecting the beacons (with numbers). OSVR server wont let me do the calibration also.

Isn't this the known webcam breakage caused by the Win 10 Anniversary update?
