Build docs don't describe CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH

The build docs at https://github.com/OSVR/OSVR-Core/blob/master/doc/Building.md don't describe how to set the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH so that it can find the libraries. It seems like there was a more complete build description somewhere that did include that information. These should either be merged or one should point to the other.
