Readme says I need meta-rust, but there's no rust layer for kirkstone

I can't configure bblayers with meta-rust on kirkstone - either doc or layer is out od date.

it should be updated for kirkstone but is still needed for dunfell.

The meta-rust content merged into oe-core before kirkstone. @dimonic Will you send a doc update PR?
