Displayed changes.

When does this occur ?

Every time.

this changeset gives "Map failed" https://osmcha.org/changesets/158945396

the augmented diff describes a way changing from some version (with no bounds, nodes, or tags) to the same version (with all those), and real-changesets-parser/parsers/element.js is returning undefined in createWay
