Add a warning when an admin boundary is changed

Brief Description

Please, add a warning when a mapper changes/edits admin boundaries, like the one that says "Motorway/trunk geometry modified".

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

It's important to know when mappers change (mostly inadvertently) admin boundaries. When this happens, it's not always easy to see what was changed/edited. A warning would prompt immediately without having to check every changeset in search of this problem.
