Invalid tag modification with disused:fire_hydrant

OSMCha report "Invalid tag modification" for changeset 66797578. disused: prefix is valid for emergency=fire_hydrant according to the wiki.

PS: Also other Lifecycle prefix are valid (and some are used at least by OSM Hydrant V2) proposed, planned, construction, disused, abandoned, demolished, historic

"building" --> "demolished:building" still triggers "Invalid tag modification"

It seems all the lifecycle prefixes are not supported. razed:building=* also triggers this warning.
