I am not sure, this is a company specific award not administered by OSGeo. Thoughts?

(I like the idea of members being able to cross list to an award they were recognized with)

Seems to me its more a community award 'sponsored' by one of our sponsors. I would like to see more awards like this given.

We also need to add the student awards, this is more important.
