User proiles not formatted

Apparently it is not possible to add any formatting to the short bio on user pages, therefore the result is ugly (see e.g. y profile: https://www.osgeo.org/member/paolo-cavallini/ ). Any additional html tags are sanitized. Is it ossible to have a better formatting? Thanks.
