Project Posts OSGeo.org WP: add entries for Social Media and OGC Standards

When adding a Project Post within the OSGeo WP Editor I noticed the following missing:

  • Communication|Social Media: some projects use Gitter: add entry and logo for Gitter Chat
  • OGC Standards: I added STA (SensorThings API) which is an OGC Standard but could only add the abbrev, possibly WFS-FES (WFS3) deserves a separate entry as well
