gravatar image is set in the profile via Profile Picture but image is not displayed

Problem

• In the published version you can't see the profile image which was set via gravatar-image
• similar bug is reported here #178 (but not concerning gravatar)

Workflow:

1. Profile Picture is set via gravatar
2. you can see the picture in the profile edit mode

In the published version you can't see the profile image

@astroidex The way the user's homepage works:

Uses the image that is set up with: Image | No image selected Add Image

As you can see I have no image selected therefore there is no image on https://www.osgeo.org/member/vicky-vergara/

The website was developed without the avatar, we are starting to make use of it, and the first step was to capture the avatar.

• ok. Thanks @cvvergara for the feedback. So we should have a look at #178, because normal user can't upload an Image (report was: The "add image" button does nothing")
• I tried it with the account of my collegue theklaw (Subscriber) and noticed that she can't upload an image
