Cannot log in

I wanted to update the QGIS profile but I get a 403 when clicking on the login link:

Jeffrey told me that it is temporarily disabled but I don't know when it will be reopened.

This is a dup of #93, we are waiting on SAC to figure out hosting see https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1926
