[Bug] Formatting in v.info (lack of one space char)

Describe the bug v.info needs a space in the formatting

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

v.info [name_of_the_vector]

• Operating System: OSX
• GRASS GIS version 8.2

Can you add here the text which is in the title or copy-paste in addition to the screenshot? Seems like a UTF-8 is not counted correctly.

Seems like a UTF-8 is not counted correctly.

Certainly this is the case. All fixed width output assumes single byte characters. When running with a localized version or non-English data it is even more obvious.
