[Bug] g.gui.rlisetup -create window: first row text box not work (can not enter anything)

Describe the bug g.gui.rlisetup tools, its create window: first row text box not work (can not enter any letter into the box)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'tools'
2. Click on 'Set up sampling and analysis framework [g.gui.rlisetup]'
3. Click on 'create'
4. See windows "Select maps and define name"
5. use keyboard, first text box no answer.

Expected behavior want to enter letters to create new configuration file but the text box does not work. Can not enter any letter into the text box.

System description (please complete the following information):

• Operating System: Windows, version 10
• GRASS GIS version: 7.8.5 and 8.0.2

This is probably a duplicate of #2380 which was just fixed in #2385 so it will be included in upcoming 8.2 release.
