LIBKML: allow user to influence feature ids

LIBKML is super cool and the user has full control over the output... except,

<Placemark id="t.1">
               ^^^

It would be neat if the user could assign one of the data columns to populate the placemark etc. ids, as an override. Yes a luxury wishlist request.
