MSSQL Spatial Exits with heap corruption error

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

Import shape file to SQL Spatial using BPC but instead exits after reporting "0" in the progress indicator without any error on stderr

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Import a shape file to MSSQL using the BPC option

Appears to only occur when dealing with MSSQL numeric datatypes. If numeric columns are excluded, then no error occurs.

Windows 10 x64

Version 3.5.0 & 3.5.1 from gisinternals
