Update building_from_source.rst for OpenHarmony

This is cross-compile guide of using the OHpro in OpenHarmony, so we'd like to contribute it. Hope my PR can help developers use this library for compilation.

Same remark as in https://github.com/AprilRobotics/apriltag/pull/388#pullrequestreview-2931079608 . Much too verbose and nothing really GDAL specific. A simple link to an official page in the OpenHarmony documentation about CMake compilation would be much more welcome
