Support for reading S-101 ENC
Feature description
The S-101 product specification is set to succeed and replace the older S-57. The specification has now settled on version 2.0.0 on which fully operational data can be produced.
Support for reading S-101 ENC have been discussed in the GDAL mailing list before, but it apparently nothing came of it. There seems to be no open source S-101 reader currently.

That is normal. Coding and funding is needed before discussions get materialized. An enhancement ticket is a good start. Can you or your organization help with the above-mentioned?
I'm currently making use of the open source solution for reading s-101 files: https://github.com/S-100ExpertTeam/OpenS100/commits/main
It would be great if this solution could be integrated into gdal!
